Iraqi Perspective Project

Yesterday, the Department of Defense released a report on the early days of the Iraq conflict called "Iraqi Perspective Project: A View of Operation Iraqi Freedom from Saddam's Senior Leadership." This report alleges that the Russian officials gave Iraq information on American troop movements and attack plans.
