This bill is the first of its kind to be passed in the United States. Want to learn more about the various climate change initiatives in California? Check out the California Climate Change Portal, which links to reports from agencies and research on the climate. Want to know more about different energy sources and how much the world uses currently? Check out the library's subject guide on Energy. Finally, if you want to read more about this bill and it's effect on a national level, check out the Washington Post's "California Tightens Rules on Emissions."
