U.S. Relations with Afghanistan

If you missed President Obama's speech last night in which he outlined his strategy on Afghanistan and Pakistan, you can watch it here at whitehouse.gov. This strategy includes sending an additional 30,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan before beginning to withdraw troops in July 2011.
