International Groups React to Earthquake in Chile

The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) estimates that at least 723 people were killed and 2 million affected by the 8.8-magnitude earthquake that took place off the coast of Chile on Saturday, February 27.
