Obama Mulls Over U.S. Nuclear Strategy

President Obama is considering a new nuclear strategy for the United States that might permanently decrease America’s arsenal by thousands of weapons, the New York Times reports. In a divergence from the nuclear policy of the George W. Bush administration, Obama will reconsider the circumstances under which the United States would declare that it might use nuclear weapons.
